Girl Walk // All Day

Have you ever had the feeling that your just strolling through a crowd of zombies, and suddenly your life has become a bubble of music and joy amidst a foggy cloud of mediocrity? Yes? Really?? Well then, I think we've found a match made in New York!

The purpose of this abstract tale is to express the joy of movement through a movement of joy. We observe three dancers as they make their way around the city, transforming it into a stage. Director Jacob Krupnick has had a number of other projects, from creating a new kind of photobooth to various photography projects, but Girl Walk // All Day will be his first feature length film.

The name of the film is derived from the Girl Talk album All Day, serving as a soundtrack and theme to the film (and can be obtained here for free).

The first chapter of the movie can be viewed above, or on the website, and the next one will be released online on December 2nd...or, if you live in New York, you can attend the screening party on December 8th and see the whole thing! There will be other premieres around the country, though the dates have yet to be released. If this looks awesome to you, request a screening! Don't be shy about it, just make it happen. Your town will thank you.
