Trying to find the best products to suit your skin type can be tricky, I know. Some people aren't as particular as me, but I'm really happy to find a product that feels good, and is affordable to boot.
First, let me mention that one of the best tricks for getting deliciously nourishing, organic skincare that doesn't leave your wallet dry is to look in the mens department. These companies know that guys aren't as willing to spend big bucks on lotions as the ladies are, so while paroosing the isles of washroom supplies, don't pass off the "mens" products as they are labeled: For Men. I recommend Bulldog Natural Skincare, which is a line of lotions and bodycare items meant to be for the guys, but don't actually contain any ingredients that would be detrimental to women. Like, at all.
Something else that is often pushed to be for men are hair products, and for the ones that you shave in particular. If you've got more sensitive skin, get the items that are meant for sensitive skin. Legs are underarms are actually much more resilient than the skin on our faces. Bliss makes awesome ingrown eliminating pads (not just for your face and neck!), and Welda, usually a rather pricey brand, has a great mens shaving cream for only $13.
Joe Grooming, another bodycare brand that's clearly named for the gents, has come out with a paraben-free line that are quality products as well as affordable. The shampoos and conditioners are great for all kinds of hair including curly and coarse, and is pure enough for everyday use. The styling gel, besides smelling a little Old Spicey, is definitely not a bad way to go for the girls either. Just a little dab'll do ya!
Oh, and speaking of Old Spice...I know plenty of ladies who use Old Spice deodorant and NOT antiperspirant, which is a very smart move. You wouldn't think that the smell of your armpits and the health of your boobs would have much in common, but they are in fact connected at the lymph. The risk is present for men as well, but since women commonly shave their underarms, the skin is more often open and raw, which means that whatever you throw on (like aluminum, yuck), it's going directly into your lymphatic and circulatory system.
Antiperspirants have a nasty habit of blocking pores and causing damage to vital sources of inner cleansing, such as sweating. When this happens, those blockages can grow and become something a lot worse than an enflamed lymph node. Breast cancer is a risk, so ladies (and gents!), be sure to use deodorants, and let yourself sweat if ya need to. It might save your life. Why not live longer, and look wonderful while doing it?

If you're on a super tight budget but don't want to smell like it, then simply use baking soda! Pat a little on your underarms in the morning and you'll be right as rain. There is also crystal deodorant which I personally love.
